Some people are unrealistic

I had the worst day at work

There is something annoying about "change" (and I don't mean Obama type change or as I see that - human evolution).

I mean, what is it about work people who want other work people to change 'something' but never offer enough support to achieve "change"?

I'm involved in "change" on a regular basis and suppose I just wanted to share the frustration of this experience.

I don't feel like I can talk in detail about today's "change" related bad hap but there seems like there's one every day. I'm worried that change isn't actually designed rather more fallen upon so I can't work out whether, that's good, bad or if I give a shit.

This ain't technically a bad hap (i think)....it's more of a view but one now I've shared I feel a little better for.

It is annoying. In my last job some 'genius' decides they want something different to what they wanted last week but isn't the one involved in the grunt work. Grrrr!

The problem with 'Change' in offices is that the people at the top know things need to change and be different but never have any idea of exactly how it's going to actually look when it's done, if they don't know what they want how do they think they're going to work out the steps to make it happen.

Hey - this ranting this really works and I feel much better too :)
Thanks Chuck !
